A role in our Financial Services Tax practice will provide the opportunity to help our clients meet their tax obligations while managing the impact tax has on their business. Our team helps clients navigate the frequently changing & complex tax environment related to stringent capital requirements & management of operational tax risks. Youll help our clients with tax structuring while addressing the challenges of the continuously changing tax world.

Job seekers must demonstrate all of the minimum requirements are met for CPA licensure per respective state regulations
Minimum Years of Experience:
Working knowledge of public accounting practices, internal domestic banking tax departments or internal foreign banking departments. Working knowledge of the production of tax returns and their supporting work papers for the banking industry.
Some technical skills with FAS 109, FIN 48, and the banking industry. Working experience identifying and addressing client needs: building solid relationships with clients; developing an awareness of Firm services; communicating with the client in an organized and knowledgeable manner; delivering clear requests for information; demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks; and communicating potential conflicts to a supervisor. Working experience as a team member: understanding personal and team roles; contributing to a positive working environment by building solid relationships with team members; proactively seeking guidance, clarification and feedback; providing guidance, clarification and feedback to less-experienced staff.
