The Department of Elementary Education at Ball State University is seeking an elementary education part-time semester contract faculty member whose strength and experience is in the area of curriculum and instruction available August 16, 2019.

Primary responsibilities include teaching undergraduate courses in elementary and literacy education, supervising clinical field placements and student teachers, partnering with school and community agencies, and performing other duties assigned by the department chairperson.

Applications will be held on file until July 16, 2020.

Minimum Qualifications
Masters in elementary education or related field from an accredited institution; at least three years elementary classroom teaching experience; knowledge of recent trends in elementary education.

University teaching experience; knowledge of working with diverse learners; experience supervising student teaching; experience partnering with schools and community agencies; doctorate in elementary education or related area
