Auto parts manufacturer in Perris is currently accepting resumes for an experienced office assistant. The position will be responsible for assisting the office manager, answering telephones, data entry, order processing and interfacing with customers by phone and email.
The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:
* Office related experience (Answer phones, fax, copy)
* Proficient in the use of computer software (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook)
* Team player
* Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
* Attention to detail
* Works well in a fast-paced work environment
* Must be able to type 40 – 50 WPM
This is a PART-TIME hourly position for approximately 20-25 hours per week.
