Responsible for providing thought leadership & strategic thinking to solve business problems. Conducts advanced analytics including both qualitative and quantitative analyses to identify trends, variations, patterns, and insights. Responsible for ensure a well controlled process to minimize errors and rework. This role will closely monitor team progress to ensure goals are met and course correct as necessary. He/She will be responsible for managing a team that performs advanced analytics and provides intelligence and recommendations to solve business issues to business partners. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the team members produce accurate and on-time delivery of analyses and recommendations. Responsible for managing a large team of high performing quantitative/qualitative analysts and/or managers and will be responsible for ensuring the team stays motivated and engaged. He/she will manage team performance, coach and develop employees and hire the right talent.
Responsible for managing a team that performs advanced analytics and provides intelligence and recommendations to solve business issues to business partners. Provides thought leadership & strategic thinking to drive operational improvements/efficiencies and to translate business problems into an analytical framework(s). Conducts advanced analytic analyses including both qualitative and quantitative to identify trends, variations, patterns, and insights. Ensures team members produce accurate and on-time delivery of analyses and recommendations.
Partners with business and process owners to identify, build and implement models and strategies. Presents findings from analyses and makes recommendations to leadership.
Partners with leadership to ensure understanding of requirements and performance levers for each analysis. Identifies value drivers and partners with business and process owners to define success measures.
Establishes and maintains effective performance tracking; identify improvement opportunity, form hypothesis, proposes, and implements to drive enhancement and optimization
Recruits, trains, coaches and develops talents to their full potential with exceptional quantitative/analytical competencies, as well as project management skill and leadership skills. Manages and sets priorities of analyst, assign projects and allocate resource, communicate business performance and project progress to management & business partners.
Collaborates with cross-functional partners to formulate and complete end-to-end analysis that includes data gathering, analysis, and validation. Works with business partners to provide critical thinking around the analysis and the data. Ensures that all team members understand the issue being analyzed and that clear expectations are provided. Facilitate implementation of work product and ensure accuracy.
Ensures standard work processes and documentation requirements are timely and consistently followed by team. Encourages continuous improvement of team processes and share across functional teams to ensure consistency. Ensure controls are in place throughout the process to minimize errors and rework.
Masters Business, Engineering,Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics,Economics, Finance, Analytics
6+ years Quantitative,Analytics,Data Science role leading advanced analytics at scale or related
1+ years People leadership experience managing a team of analysts
In Lieu of Education Experience
8+ years Quantitative/Analytics/Data Science role with Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/technical field
8+ years of experience within a Quantitative,Analytics, or Data Science role leading advanced analytics at scale or related
2+ years People leadership experience managing a team of analysts
