We are seeking a friendly and outgoing business professional for our very fast-paced office environment. This position is designed for someone with little or no industry experience to join our team and to begin a lasting, upwardly-mobile career with a stable and growing company.

This is front office work that requires extensive customer interaction on the phone, and we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. This position involves extensive use of computers, paperwork, some sales, and juggling multiple office priorities.

As a Customer Service Representative, you are a key member of the team and represent Mr. Handyman of Racine County on customer calls. You are responsible for handling service requests and customer complaints. Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.

You are self-motivated, energetic, and enjoy helping people. You are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.

Specific Responsibilities:
Receive incoming calls in professional and courteous manner
Return customer calls, respond to customer complaints, and resolve issues
Schedule services and dispatch technicians
Perform marketing functions to sell additional work and earn business
Perform administrative functions including data entry, payment processing, and supply inventory
Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions
Experience in the construction or property management field

Job Requirements:
Answer phone and schedule appointments
Check email and voice mail for messages and return calls
Review schedule for day/week
Communicate and review jobs with service technicians
Make appointment confirmation calls
Make follow-up calls
Data entry with 45 wpm typing skills
We use Microsoft Office, so a working knowledge of Word and Excel is a requirement

Day Shift work 7:30 AM to 4:30 M-F
