High school diploma or general education degree (GED);
One year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Maintaining supply inventories
Stocking breakroom, kitchens, and mail rooms
Escorting vendors on premises
Distributing mail and packages received daily
Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time
Supporting Administration with day to day responsibilities
Serve as the backup to the Office Manager at the receptionist desk.
Pleasantly greet guest and employees entering the main lobby.
Perform other duties as assigned.
