Sales & Profit ‐ Sells In‐Home Custom Window merchandise outside of the store in customer’s homes ‐ Maximizes use of credit programs ‐ Utilizes scheduling systems ‐ Takes measurements, prepares spec sheets with accuracy & negotiates contracts with customers ‐ Takes actions to reduce remakes and adjustments ‐ Utilizes product knowledge documents to ensure accuracy of orders

 Lead Generation ‐ Highlights Lead Generation by building partnerships with store associates to drive leads through the associate referral program ‐ Participates in and drives Meet & Greet program on the sales floor ‐ Builds brand awareness by attending Store Meetings ‐ Utilizes customer referral and business to business programs ‐ Maintains relationship with past customers per company prospecting guidelines & execution of company personal referral program

 Customer Experience ‐ Tracks jobs & PO’s to completion ‐ Updates customer on status of job in accordance with company guidelines, a minimum of every two weeks ‐ Reviews service requests in a timely manner in accordance with company guidelines ‐ Responds to inquiries and handles customer complaints in a professional manner and in accordance with company standards ‐ Maintains studio emails / phone messages and responding within 24 hours ‐ Enters customer service requests in detail ‐ Participates in on‐going training as directed

 Partners with Installation ‐ Builds and maintains installation partnership ‐ Works with Installation site to ensure timely delivery of merchandise ‐ Ensures company Re‐measure guidelines are followed ‐ Ensures timely communication with Installation site regarding all install issues

 Performance Standards ‐ Consistently meets established performance standards for the role, including (but not limited to) product and service sales, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance
