We are a national service management company looking for a phone operator/clerical assistant to work at our corporate office located in Ridgefield, CT. Applicant must be personable, have good telephone skills and be able to multi-task. The hours are Monday -- Friday from 9:00 a.m. - 5 p.m., flexibility necessary during the busy season. Compensation is $14-$15/hr. based on experience and skills.

Responsibilities to include but not limited to:

- Answering of main switch board, screen and direct all incoming calls.

- Monitoring and printing of incoming invoices

- File and maintain all invoicing and paperwork for our customer and vendor files.

- Support the operations of the company with any administrative tasks as needed.

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Adobe
