Provides administrative support to Trauma & Extremities Research & Development (R&D) team in Mahwah.

Organizes product validation labs (lab contract, agenda, customer travel).

Manages New Idea Management process and communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Manages consultant compliance database for the R&D team.

Exercises considerable discretion and independent judgment and is capable of analyzing complex information requests.

This position requires knowledge that is acquired through experience, specialized education, or training. The job works within well-defined procedures that may involve a variety of work routines. This job requires a minimum 3 years of experience.

Must have great organization, execution and communication skills.

Must be fluent with Microsoft Office programs.

Associate degree preferred, or relevant experience.
