Control Analyst Sr – Compliance Output
The primary responsibility of the Control Analyst -Sr – Compliance Output is to facilitate the production and distribution of required/compliance communications materials to American Century shareholders in both print and electronic formats (ex. Prospectus-reports, tax forms, confirms/statements, etc.) A strong emphasis on client experience, operational compliance, data integrity, production efficiency and effective cost management is required!

Oversight, execution, and validation of compliance output processes both internal and external of ACI
Facilitating meetings and document compliance output requirements for internal business partners and external vendors
Industry engagement, monitoring and implementation of any new regulatory requirements impacting compliance output
Job level vendor management including cost estimates, data/file transmission, timelines, shipping info, output QC reviews, execution, purchase orders/invoice review and status & incident reporting
Collateral/Inventory management utilizing CRM, CMS and vendor systems
Models the ACI Winning Behaviors-Client Focused, Courageous and Accountable, Collaborative, Curious and Adaptable, Competitive Drive
Effective communicator, both verbally and written, whose style can be described as clear, concise and detailed
Accomplished multitasker who can synchronize all aspects of production management and keep multiple projects moving forward simultaneously. Accuracy and attention to detail is a must
Outstanding relationship building skills with people from diverse areas of the organization
Establish, maintain and improve a strong “controls” environment with a consistent track record to build, document and execute repeatable processes
Self-motivated person who can work independently but who also understands the value of being part of a successful team. Flexible and adapts to a constantly evolving environment. Able to systematically gather information and use logic when making analyses, taking independent action when appropriate
SS&C TA2000/TRAC systems experience
Salesforce and Seismic systems experience
Experience crafting and executing data queries using tools such as Rapid SQL
Familiar with Transfer Agent /Fund Disclosure requirements
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
Knowledge of the financial industry, market segments or American Century products and corporate initiatives preferred
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, PPT
Three to five years' previous print production/output experience preferred either on the client or supplier side
