As an Automotive Technician, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and repairing various vehicle issues to ensure optimal performance and safety for our customers. **Duties:** - Perform automotive diagnostics to identify issues with vehicles. - Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections. - Repair and replace parts as needed, ensuring quality workmanship. - Utilize auto estimating software to provide accurate repair quotes. - Specialize in powertrain, diesel engine repair, and GM vehicles. - Collaborate with the team of mechanics to efficiently complete repairs. - Maintain a clean and organized work environment. - Uphold high standards of customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns professionally. **Experience:** - Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or similar role. - Strong background in automotive diagnostics and repair. - Familiarity with servicing GM vehicles is a plus. - Proficiency in using auto estimating software. - Excellent customer service skills. - Certification from an accredited automotive technology program is preferred.
