Job Overview
As a Mental Health Therapist at Families, Inc., you will be instrumental in providing exceptional mental health care to our clients. Your role will involve conducting Intake Assessments, developing Treatment Plans, delivering Individual/Family/Group Therapy services, offering Psychoeducation, Crisis Intervention, and Crisis Stabilization.
Duties
- Conduct Intake Assessments and develop comprehensive Treatment Plans.
- Provide Individual/Family/Group Therapy services and crisis interventions as needed.
- Monitor caseload daily using the MHP Caseload Compliance Report in Credible for timely documentation completion.
- Update treatment plans every 180 days and maintain accurate documentation for service reimbursement.
- Submit daily progress notes and Safety/Incident Reports promptly following company policies.
- Prepare reports for DCFS, legal entities, and other involved agencies.
- Uphold HIPAA guidelines and Privacy Practices to protect client information.
- Attend monthly clinic meetings and engage in Staffing with Medical Staff meetings with a 90% compliance rate.
- Offer supervision and observation for QBHP as per company policy.
- Testify in court when required.
- Maintain a current Arkansas license as a Mental Health Professional.
