Support Maintenance in St-Eustache and TN for all requests.
Provide weekly back order reports status.
Maintain ETA Information in Navision.
Update requesters of order delays.
Monitor inventory levels to remain consistent with targeted inventory goals.
Analyze the Planning Worksheet and issue purchase orders for assigned categories.
Issue purchase orders for building maintenance supplies for St-Eustache and TN locations.
Confirm subcontractor insurance and certification.
Update information in purchasing folders. (Bath Fitter Sub-Contractor Certification document).
Conduct follow up activities of outstanding purchases. (order adjustments, expected date tracking, partial receipt validations and clean-up of ghost quantity).
Participate in MRO weekly team meeting.
Participate in Maintenance Equipment meeting twice a week and update the information in Navision, G server and Shared Document.
Participate in Maintenance Building meeting once a week and update the information in Navision, G server and Shared document.
Gather item card information for new item activation process.
Manage correspondence, processes and documents with QC, IC. and Fin. departments for Vendor discrepancies. (over-under shipments, bill of leading and invoice discrepancies, return of merchandise RMA, credit notes)
Act as a liaison between suppliers and involved departments to obtain needed samples and documentations. (Samples, Safety data sheets, Technical sheets, drawings, NAFTA Certificate, HS Codes, Chemical COA).

Compétences démontrées
Education and/or Experience – Bachelors or year Associates preferred, must have a High School Diploma, a related field, or equivalent or demonstrated ability to learn all required duties and responsibilities
Must have at least three to five years buying experience
MRO Purchasing experience – maintenance, hard goods and repairs
Manufacturing Background experience
Must be able to travel occasionally, both locally and internationally by car and airplane
Ability to maintain open, direct, positive and objective lines of communication with management
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress
Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written/email) to interact with clients, plant and retail level
Strong Customer Service skills: ability to communicate in a professional, knowledgeable, and courteous manner with employees, clients, vendors and business contacts, etc
Strong knowledge and experience with implementing workplace safety and health activities
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Strong time management skills
