JOB SUMMARY

Execute TWG Trade Development strategy for Emerging Channel Focus items within the TWG Portfolio across all major Convenience Channel Regional Chains. Assist in execution of national chain programs secured by Director. Work with TWG Field Sales Organization to maximize program execution efforts with our wholesalers. **LOCATION: Preferred FL/South East.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Handle administration as required by each chain and TWG
Lead convenience channel thought leadership for region manager territory
Build relationships with EC regional chain buyers and all key decision makers in each account.
Build quality relationships with Director/VP of Chains at wholesaler as well as the KAM and Execution teams
Sell new TWG distribution and programming to core list of convenience accounts
OTHER FUNCTIONS

Lead and execute new item innovation launches
Understand TWG initiatives and how to prioritize them for each customer based on their individual go to market strategy
Execute TWG pricing strategy with knowledge of individual chain requirements and nuances. Includes managing Post Offs, Multi-Lane pricing, Warehouse Pricing, QD’s, Split Case charges etc. Will need to work closely with TWG Field Sales Team on coordinating pricing strategy.
Create and sell high impact Trade Marketing programs
Act as conduit to Field Sales to maximize program execution through all key phases: Planning-Communication-Execution-Evaluation
Responsibility for TWG Category Management in these accounts through individual efforts and coordination with the wholesaler. Optimize shelf and cold Box placements

QUALIFICATIONS

5 Years Field sales experience with a Supplier or Distributor
Convenience channel experience preferred
Regional Convenience Chain Head Quarter call experience preferred
Must be willing to travel over 50% of the time in order to visit retail customers, distributors, conduct store surveys, lead market selling and coordinate crew drives
Knowledge of Nielsen, Excel, Power point, Word
Bachelor’s Degree
Strong analytical thinking
Must have a proactive spirit and possess strong initiative
Must be well organized with an ability to work independently as well as in a team environment and be flexible to changes in the wine industry
Ability to work and succeed in dynamic entrepreneurial environment
Support and model all Company procedures and policies
