What you will do for Siemens Smart Infrastructure:
Our Smart Buildings help to create efficient, safe, responsive and responsible environments. Our aim isn’t just about improving buildings; it’s about creating perfect places that improve peoples’ lives. This position coordinates the delivery of onsite and remote service activities from the initial demand creation through delivery and close-out. The right candidate will schedule and dispatch resources to ensure customer expectations and commitments are met for all services.
The renewal coordinator Oversees the release of billing blocks on renewed contracts. Resolves the most complex inquiries and/or requests regarding products and/or services. Guides customers by providing the most complex information while providing efficient and courteous service. Leads investigations and resolves the most complex problems. Guides order tracking, price quoting, and scheduling.
Coordinates the service agreement renewal process for assigned contracts across the Zone, ensuring that all service agreements are renewed on time and that the 120, 90, 60 and 30 day activities are completed.
Direct responsibility for renewal of assigned agreements for Automation contracts: < $10k and Fire and Security < $5k. Assigns and manages renewal activities at the 120, 90, 60 and 30 day milestones.
Coordinates with Sales and Operations. Provides data for facilitation of renewal and Order Intake forecast meetings. For Automation < $10k and Fire & Security < $5k contracts, secures a signed contract and Purchase Order.
Promotes service capabilities of other business segments to customers, as well as the benefits of converting 1 year agreements to multi-year agreements.
High school diploma or state-recognized GED required; Associate degree preferred
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Ability to read and understand customer service contracts
Familiarity or experience with HVAC, Fire Alarm, or Security systems preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office and business software systems (e.g., SAP)
Good verbal and written communication skills in English
