The Storyteller: One of the critical inflection points in a planner’s career is when storytelling and narratives flow from the imagination to the fingertips. The importance of storytelling can’t be emphasized enough when data, technology, and science are so pervasive in our business landscape. It’s the ability to tell a story with that data, to demonstrate an experience with the technology, and to craft meaning around the science that separates a great planner from one that’s good enough. The art of the creative brief is your single most important demonstration of effective storytelling
