We seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to coordinate, communicate, motivate and document a rapidly expanding engineering team with a growing and diverse product line in the Direct Digital Manufacturing industry.


  • Develop detailed project plan and track progress
  • Plan scope of project objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
  • Coordinate internal cross department resources
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties and outside vendors
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Work experience as a project administrator/ manager in a manufacturing/ engineering environment
  • Solid technical background, with experience in Mechanical Engineering. (Solidworks)
  • Experience in and/or working with Electrical Engineering and Systems Engineering.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of PLM (Product Lifetime Management) automation tools, Acumatica PLM (or equivalent) experience required
  • PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
  • History working with international business partners very helpful
  • Chinese business and language skills is a plus
