Job Summary: The Marketing Director will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our senior living communities, attract prospective residents, and enhance brand awareness. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with a strong background in marketing and a passion for serving the senior population.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve occupancy goals and increase brand visibility across multiple platforms.
- Campaign Management: Create, oversee, and evaluate marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and event-based promotions, to effectively reach target audiences.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to understand demographic trends, competitive landscape, and resident needs, and use this information to guide marketing strategies.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging across all marketing materials and channels, maintaining the company's image and reputation.
- Lead Generation: Develop and manage lead generation strategies, including digital marketing, direct mail, and community outreach, to attract potential residents and referral sources.
- Content Creation: Oversee the creation of engaging content for websites, social media, newsletters, and other marketing collateral that resonates with the target audience.
- Partnership Development: Build and maintain relationships with local organizations, healthcare providers, and community influencers to enhance referral networks and increase community engagement.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and optimizing return on investment.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, generate reports, and adjust strategies as needed to improve effectiveness and achieve goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field if preferred.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the senior living or healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, social media, and email marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and presentations.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in using data to drive decision-making and measure campaign effectiveness.
