Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and creating a welcoming environment for guests at our resort.
Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the resort and its amenities
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously
- Process reservations and cancellations accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service, guest relations, or hospitality is preferred
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and phone systems is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Hotel experience: 1 year (Preferred)
