We are seeking a talented and motivated experienced logistics professional to assist the Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) department in defining and implementing an effective ILS program and ensure responsive fleet support for Ultra Electronics Ocean Systems programs. The Integrated Logistics Support Engineer will be responsible for defining, developing, implementing and managing all electronic and technical documentation and analysis in support of ILS efforts for Ultra programs/systems. This will include developing Interactive and Electronic Technical Manuals (IETMs), writing operation and maintenance procedures, and analyzing systems and components for integrated logistics support.

Primary Responsibilities:
Develop Interactive Electronic Technical Manual (IETM) and Computer-Based Training (CBT)
Development and Maintenance of Navy Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM)
Perform reliability engineering
Conduct Logistics Support Analysis (LSA)
Support Life Cycle Cost Analysis
Generate technical provisioning data
Ensure fleet support to fielded systems

Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree and minimum of 4 years' experience or Master’s degree with a minimum of 2 years' experience
This position requires the ability to obtain a security clearance. Security clearances may only be granted to U.S. citizens.

Desired Skills:
Experience with Navy Radar, Anti-Submarine (ASW), Anti Torpedo, Sonar and Towed Array systems.
Experience with Interactive Electronic Technical Manual (IETM) and Computer-Based Training (CBT) product development and validation
Experience determining maintenance concepts, performing task analysis, and documenting results in a MIL-STD-1388 LSA database
Experience generating MIL-PRF-49506 Logistics Management Information (LMI), MIL STD-1388 Logistics Support Analysis (LSA) or GEIA-STD-0007 Logistics Product Data (LPD)
Experience developing Reliability Block Diagrams and Operational Availability estimates and performing Reliability, Maintainability and Availability (RM&A) studies including Failure Modes, Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA), Built-in Test (BIT) Analysis and Maintainability Predictions
Familiarity with MIL-STD-1388-2B and logistics software products, such as SLICWAVE, EAGLE, PowerLOG, and Relex reliability software
Experience with Maritime, OSHA, and Radiation safety standards and mitigation a plus
Experience ensuring system compliance with Radiation Hazards (HERO/HERF/HERP), Hazard Analysis, Weapons & Explosives, Software Safety, Human System Integration, and Lithium Batteries a plus
Experience in Safety Working Groups with the Government a plus
Strong team member ability
Logistics engineering and technical writing experience with DoD systems
Excellent communications skills and the ability to work independently or in a team environment
Demonstrated ability to interface with development engineers to ensure supportability is designed into the equipment
Familiarity with the Navy operations and support environment
Compensation: Commensurate with background
Some travel may be required
