A & R Hospitality Group is looking for an Executive Housekeeper who can provide leadership to their associates, deliver outstanding guest service, and provide excellent cleanliness standards.

An Executive Housekeeper is responsible for overseeing all housekeeping operations to deliver an excellent Guest experience while evaluating guest satisfaction and setting department targets and objectives. We are in search of qualified candidates who can excel at the following:
Always maintain a professional appearance
Oversee housekeeping and laundry operations
Operate within department budgets, maintain effective stock, and cost controls
Address and resolve guest complaints in a timely manner
Set targets, work schedules, budgets, and policies/procedures
Ensure appropriate staffing levels through strategic hiring
Constantly develop and train associates
Anticipate guest needs to have superior guest service
