As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating profitable business from a wide range of portable HVAC equipment. With the help of a professional support team, you will be responsible for generating leads and closing sales. You will do this by developing your assigned market and implementing a sales plan to grow new business and maintain our current customer base. Sales Representative responsibilities include:

* Maintain and build customer relationships

* Prospecting and generating sales opportunities.

* Prepare sales plans, sales reports, expense and daily call reports

* Work with our Accounting team to collect payments from customers and maintain accurate customer records

* Maintain communications with management, co-workers, and Service/Installation team regarding new equipment, equipment availability, and rental programs

  • 5+ years of previous sales experience, preferably in a related industry (Equipment Rental, construction sales, industrial sales)
  • Working knowledge of computer software: Excel and Word
  • Must be proficient with social media sites to promote Marketing Efforts and customer interaction. (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
  • Motivated, self-starter
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends during peak seasons is required.
  • Math and computer skills required
  • Excellent communication and effective customer relations skills
