To carry out Production work of Apex valves products to the high quality of workmanship and with strict adherence to the ISO manual and safety procedures

Carrying out Production work unsupervised (after training) with high quality of workmanship. This includes but not limited to assembling, testing, sorting, packing and Quality checks

QAD (ERP system) data entry accurately
-
Maintain work station records such as output logs, rework/ reject data
-
Complete Kaizens and CI projects. Consistently look to improve systems and procedures.

Daily Cycle counts, stock accuracy and inventory management
-
Reporting of product faults, equipment wear and possible need for equipment modification to the Supervisor

Support other departments as and when required for production work
-
Manually lifting boxes, crates with products using the correct lifting techniques. Weight varies from few Kg’s to 25Kg.

Ensuring 5S of the department is to the required standard and continuously working with the team to improve and sustain
Quality

Ensure the ISO manual is adhered to and any variations in procedure are brought to the attention of the Supervisor

Accurately read and follow Production department manuals

Quality control of all work performed
