We are seeking experienced Senior Litigation Paralegals for our Chicago, San Francisco, and Washington, DC offices to support our high-profile cases and continued growth.
Responsibilities:
- Handle legal filings in Federal and state courts, both online and in-person
- Maintain and organize case files, both electronic and physical
- Cite-check, proofread, and finalize legal documents, including Table of Contents and Authorities
- Assist with routine motions and discovery, as well as the preparation and delivery of courtesy copies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and paralegal certification (preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in litigation support, preferably in class action or complex litigation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent verbal and client service skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
