Performs administrative duties of moderate complexity. Performs functions of typing, filing, record keeping, and answering phones in a department office; orders supplies; may greet students, staff, and visitors. May administer tests and provide technical assistance to program coordinators.

Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent and three (3) months of relevant full-time experience.

Must pass skills assessment at the basic level of proficiency in Microsoft Word software.

Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of STLCC processes and procedures. Banner experience is highly preferred.
