Pacific Coast Psychiatric Associates (PCPA) group is currently looking to hire two independent licensed therapists at our new Anaheim office. In addition, you will provide assistance during crisis situations, and assist in employee relations on as needed basis.

PCPA is a well-established practice with nearly 120 psychiatrists & therapists in several major cities throughout California. We are also in the process of expanding to other cities due to growth.

Our group offers flexible scheduling and empowers our providers to determine the best course of treatment for each individual patient.

Position Details

Outpatient clinical services
Flexible schedule with ability to split time between office and telemedicine
Teams include psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, psychologists and therapists

What we are looking for

Good diagnostic and clinical skills
Good group therapy skills
Ability to adapt fluidly to changing situations on the fly
Ability to respond quickly during or after regular business hours
Enjoys public speaking and giving presentations
Able to form "team like" working relationships with employee relations.

Provider must have a current, valid independent license to practice in the State of California
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), and Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)
PsD or PhD
At least 1 to 2 years of experience
Experience with Critical Incident Stress Debriefing (CISD)
CEAP certification preferred
