## Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
## Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and check them into their rooms
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and resolving any issues promptly
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department
- Process payments, handle reservations, and provide information about hotel services
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction
## Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Knowledge of hotel management systems is a plus
- Ability to speak multiple languages is an advantage
- Familiarity with front desk operations and guest relations
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling guest inquiries
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
