What you’ll be doing...
The Demand Generation Specialist will be responsible for executing demand generation and nurturing tactics associated with C-Level audiences and events. You will be responsible for the development and execution of digital tactics to capture C-Level customers and prospects interest, influence decision makes throughout their buyer’s journey and nurture audiences to accelerate lead conversion and convert the pipeline.
The Demand Generation Specialist must have excellent communication skills, hands on experience with marketing automation and event platforms, as well as the ability to analyze campaign effectiveness to clearly articulate results to leadership. This person will work cross-functionally with Campaign strategists, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, and Sales management to implement pre and post event demand generation tactics including emails, direct mail, ABM to accelerate creation of new opportunities and sales pipeline. In addition, you will be responsible for executing campaign acquisition programs via offline/digital tactics to help nurture inbound leads for our acquisition segments
Partnering with campaign strategist and subject matter experts to implement appropriate acquisition, C-level and CAB campaigns messaging and tactics based on audience type and buyer’s journey stage.
Collaboratingwith CMO, digital marketing, field marketing to execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, syndication, evens, direct mail, web properties, and social media to support C-level, CABs, Acquisition programs
Partnering with field marketing, sales operations and campaign strategy a nurture methodology to C-level ensure leads sourced from third-party events receive relevant, engaging, post-event communications.
Understanding program KPIs to create marketing dashboards to track and quantity the result of marketing activities on event booth traffic and sales pipeline.
What we’re looking for...
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
Four or more years of relevant work experience with marketing automation platforms.
Experience in inbound and demand generation (lead generation, nurture campaigns, and audience segmentation).
Two or more years work experience with demand generation marketing and a strong command of marketing automation systems (such as Eloqua, Marketo), webinar tools (such as Brighttalk), andCRM systems (such as Salesforce.com).
Even better if you have:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar relevant concentration.
Technology or telecom experience.
Marketo Certified Associate or Expert.
Experience with converting B2B leads to sales and the previous use of marketing automation tools.
Ability to navigate, influence, manage and lead cross-functional teams without direct line supervision.
Knowledge of building B2B demand generation strategies and campaigns.
Experience project managing creation of marketing collateral, agency engagement.
Strong collaboration skills; able to develop and maintain effective relationships with peers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
Experience with target list building, management, cleansing, and segmentation
Microsoft Excel skills
Exceptional project time management and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple efforts simultaneously in support of a wide variety of business leaders, all while demonstrating a professional demeanor, flexible attitude, and an enthusiasm for producing highly creative and thoughtful work.
Willingness to travel.
