Our Employee Benefits business continues to grow and we are looking for a seasoned professional to help us continue and expand that growth!

In this sales position, you will be responsible for the growth and oversight of our existing block of Corporate/Employee benefits clientele as well as introducing new clients to the firm.

Your priority is to create new revenue by generating new prospects and sales opportunities. You will also maintain client relationships and market additional lines of business/services to those clients.

We are a full-service employee benefits advisory firm, consulting with clients on their group benefits, compliance and regulatory needs and certain HR support functions.

You will create business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their corporate benefit programs, researching and analyzing multiple options and solutions.

  • Consult with clients and prospects on their compliance, regulatory and product needs in order to better enable the to achieve their goals.
  • Evaluate and select suitable insurance carriers, vendors and products including group medical, dental, vision, life, disability, long-term care and voluntary benefits.
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing insight, knowledge and support.
