Hiring Range: Up to $105,000/yr. This position is a Field position and will be based in the Northern, VA area. Essential Functions ?Achieves sales operational objectives by contributing sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepares action plans. Reach company growth goals by implementing sales strategies. Resolves regional issues and/or escalates to the Regional Director of Operations as required. ?Complete regional audits. Identifies trends, determines regional sales system improvements and implements change. ?Mentor and coaches the region manager team within their zone to achieve career growth as well as business growth through individual development plans, consistent and effective feedback. ?Hire, coach, train, communicate with, develop, and motivate regional managers. Manage employee performance and document any corrective action. ?Manages workforce optimization through effective workforce planning. Ensures regional managers are meeting staffing and scheduling objectives. Enforces procedures and policies. Communicates job expectations and holds regional management accountable for performance and results. ?Manage region's P & L and budget to ensure profitability. Achieves zones sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; prepare an annual budget recommendations; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions. Establish sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for regions in support of Authority objectives. ?Maintains and expands customer base by counseling regional sales representatives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers, identifying new customer opportunities. ?Partners with Marketing to recommend product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors. ?Implements promotions by publishing, tracking, and evaluating event spending. ?Maintains job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks. ?All other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications ?Minimum of three (3) years in a multi-unit retail training role. ?Minimum of five (5) years in a multi-unit retail management role. ?At least one year of leadership responsibility for field multi-unit managers District managers or Regional Managers/Directors.
