CACI is seeking a PEO Aircraft Carriers Refueling Complex Overhaul (RCOH) Program Support to work on our government program located in Washington DC. This position will support the Program Executive Office (PEO) Aircraft Carriers (PMS 312).
What You’ll Get to Do:
Serve as the graphics and presentation coordinator for PMS 312D.
Assist in developing, updating, and/or finalizing briefings/presentations, correspondence, memoranda, letters, and other correspondence in support to in-service carriers (NIMITZ CLASS, CVNs 68-77).
Coordinate and interface with PMS 312 personnel, Participating Acquisition Resource Managers (PARMs), and other stakeholders, as required, to obtain inputs. Including the coordination, development, retrieval and/or disposition of large graphical material using CACI facilities.
Develop Correspondence Tracking system with documented process.
Record all Action/Correspondence/Forum and Meeting Action Items. Upload all action item related documents into the AITS database, including drafts and status updates.
Assist the PEO with maintaining and organizing records including program and project metrics.
Interface with SEA05V Action Officers, as required, to update the status of SEA O5V and PMS 312D assigned actions.
Assist in developing the PMS 312D weekly and monthly metrics, as needed.
More About the Role:
Draft, edit and prepare correspondence (letters, directives, memoranda, newsletters, routine reports, etc.), graphical presentations and spreadsheets utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint as directed.
Process incoming and outgoing correspondence to include typing, serializing, mailing, tracking, scanning, distributing, filing. Administer electronic mail, including naval messages.
Attend meetings, prepare agenda, draft and administer/distribute minutes, copy and distribute documentation, and develop and maintain files (hard copy and electronic) as required.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree (Technical field preferred).
5+ years of related or applicable professional experience.
Ability to interface efficiently with team members and technical leads.
Active DoD Secret Clearance.
Highly proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Must have good written communication, interpersonal, problem solving, analytical, detail-oriented, and mathematical and organization skills.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Master’s Degree (Technical field preferred) with 3+ years of related or applicable professional experience.
NAVSEA PEO Aircraft Carriers experience
RCOH knowledge or experience
