Neighborly Home Care is looking for Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) and Home Health Aides (HHA) to provide compassionate and reliable in home care for our valued clients
Principal responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Able to ensure personal care that reflects the clients care plan

Assist with Activities of daily living (ADL's) bathing, toileting, incontinent care, grooming and dressing

Assist with Instrumental activities of daily living (IADL's) light house keeping, meal preparation, errands and doctors appointments
-
Assist transferring and or ambulation and prescribed exercise (ROM)
-
Provide care to Dementia and Alzheimer's clients
-
Regular, timely and punctual on-site attendance
-
Respond to any communication from office personnel
-
Turn in any required documentation to office
-
Clock in and out for each shift
Minimum Qualifications:
-
Must be 18 years and older
-
Must have two years experienced in a field
-
Must have a valid drivers license and vehicle
