The Learning & Development (L&D) Project Manager is responsible to design, develop, implement and evaluate the learning programs that will meet the Clinical Sciences & Operations (CSO) business needs. She/he will act as the L&D lead within a project team that will be in charge to deliver solutions (related to process, tool, regulatory, GxP…) for CSO. This position requires interpersonal, analytical, organizational, learning and communications skills.
Duties & responsibilities :
Analyze the learning needs
Develop a learning proposal to achieve outcomes using the most efficient delivery methods for learning (e.g. approach, objectives, architecture of learning program, list of learning objects, planning, resources)
Design and develop (or coordinate the design and development of) the learning objects
Implement and evaluate (or coordinate the implementation and evaluation of) the learning program in collaboration with learning administration team
Collaborate with the Subject Matter Experts to deliver the learning program
Define, develop and implement the communication plan related to the promotion of the learning program
Maintain the learning program after deployment
Knowledge, skills, abilities and experience:
5+ years experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry, preferably in Clinical Development areas
10+ years experience in instructional design and learning development for the adults- in both process, quality and technical domains
Experience of international and cross functional projects
Experience with Learning development in an Agile project model is a plus.
Strong organizational, project management and prioritization skills
Analytical and design skills
Ability to listen to customers and apply accuracy, precision, logic and a systematic approach to all phases of a learning project.
Ability to take initiative, solve problems and manage simultaneous deliverables
Flexibility to adapt to busy working environment with changing priorities and deadlines.
Versatility and strength in both written and oral communications
Positive, collaborative, innovative, solutions-focused and client-oriented temperament
