A project manager on the R&D team will be focused on technical project management with the broader engineering team. Our PM team is responsible for leading the development of equipment, from idea to implementation. The immediate focus will be within the packaging and consumer packaged goods (CPG) space, but there will be longer term opportunity for support with the larger R&D organization.
As a project manager in R&D, you will…
Manage external partnership globally for the sustainability of packaging projects
Manage complex projects within R&D, Engineering, and CPG packaging.
Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver product (equipment, process, packaging) to market
Lead project by leveraging core project management skills sets and managing key constraints
We’d love to hear from people with:
1-5+ years of experience in engineering and packaging
1-5+ years of project management including all elements of scope, time, costs, and risks
Demonstrates strong growth mindset, coupled with technical curiosity
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to establish cross-functional, collaborative relationships with business partners.
Highly motivated by ambiguity, self-starting, and operates well in a fast-paced environment
