We are very excited to be accepting applications for Kitchen/Bar Manager for our soon-to-be-open Tilted 10 location! We are scheduled to open mid-to-late (September). We will be serving all new menu items that guests crave at our NEW full-service restaurant with bar. Applicants must be ServSafe Manager certified, Illinois BASSET certified and must have kitchen and bar management experience. To be a part of a restaurant opening is an incredibly exhilarating, fun, but also demanding experience. You must be willing to learn a lot, stay positive, and be flexible.

Under the Direction of the General Manager, manages hourly restaurant team including scheduling, cuts, service, counseling and training of staff.
Ensures standards for product quality and service are always maintained.
Hires, trains, develops and appraises staff effectively. Takes corrective action as necessary on a timely basis and in accordance with company policy. Consults with human resources as appropriate.
Builds and maintains relationships with vendors.
Monitors liquor costs and labor costs.
Submits nightly reports on service, sales, labor & liquor costs, negative impressions, etc.
