JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Ensures data integrity and accuracy for the organization’s HRIS (SAP – HCM) by supporting the transactional data entry for personnel movement (new hires, terminations, transfers, promotions/demotions, pay changes, etc.). This role also enables proper separation of duties and internal controls by handling the centralization of SAP data entry for our US based locations (corp/sales/plants/DCs) and a key partner to the HR local site teams to ensure proper execution of their personnel changes.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The duties and responsibilities of this position shall consist of, but not be limited to, the following:

Owns the execution of HR data management of SAP HCM for personnel changes such as new hires, termination, transfers, promotions/demotions, pay changes, etc.
Assist with ongoing support and management of assigned HR applications and databases – HRIS, Time and Attendance (Kronos), and other HR applications as needed.
Assists with the compiling of HR data from HRIS systems for reports (ongoing/ad-hoc), surveys, and other report requests as needed.
Acts as a resource for all HRIS Systems and related policies.
Participates in on-going process improvements as it relates to managing data in SAP HCM and other assigned HR applications as needed.
Supports the HR Business Process inbox as it relates to answering process support questions and works with the HRIS Analyst to pull in technical partners if needed.
Supports HRIS upgrades, patches, and testing as needed.
Create and maintain documentation for HRIS processes and results. Document process flows and train end users on systems and processes as needed.
Maintaining and coordinating project plans and schedules to define project requirements, scope and objectives. Organizing, attending, and participating in project meetings, undertaking project tasks as required.
Attends required meetings and participates on projects as requested.
Performs other HR Administrative duties and responsibilities as necessary.
