Requirements:
- Strong Agricultural knowledge
- Have at least 2 years sales experience
- 2 or more years of experience (MS Office, Power Point, Word, Excel) CRM experience a +
Responsibilities:
- Comprehend and sell full range of products in Catalog
- Compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads and executes individual customer sales strategies
- Build, grow, and maintain strong customer relationships and monitor those relationships throughout customer interface with all departments.
- Grow Sales territory which includes Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota, year by year.
- Executes sales calls with regular and prospective customers to solicit orders
- Provide superior customer service and account management offering efficient solutions, and proper training, that result in exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Be able to travel to all areas of your territory with a clean driving record and valid drivers license.
- Attend, set up, and breakdown of all required Trade Shows
- Represent TerraMax in a professional manor at all public events, meetings, trade shows, etc.
- Maintain and provide content for social media platforms
- Projects a positive attitude to customers and employees at all times
- Performs other duties as assigned
