Senior Sales Compensation Analyst

Fastly is looking for a Sr. Sales Compensation Analyst, who will be an integral part of our Finance team. This position will report into the Director of Sales Compensation, the individual will work very closely with Sales Operations, HR, and the extended Finance and Accounting teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and will play a key role in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our commissions reporting and administration processes.

What You'll Do
Lead all aspects of the day to day operations of Xactly ultimately leading to accurate and timely compensation payments
Create, validate and audit monthly reports to ensure accuracy and completeness of commissions crediting and payout results
Manages non-revenue driven measurement such as MBO and Milestone Objectives in terms of record validation and payments
Recommending and launching Sales Promotions and Contests (SPIF)
Participate in the annual commission plan and quota design cycle, performing analyses to inform potential plan improvements, design, and quota changes. Including proposing new incentive designs, securing final decisions and approvals, and communicating new incentives to leaders and employees
Troubleshoot and resolve calculation and/or data errors within Xactly Incent
Perform testing and other support activities related to plan, quota, and policy changes
Build and maintain standard operating procedures for sales compensation
Partner with Executives, Sales Operations, Accounting and Payroll, and HR to identify and implement operational improvements related to internal and cross-functional processes
Ability to prioritize and manage work
What We're Looking For
BA/BS degree in Business Administration or a related field
5+ years professional experience as a Commissions Analyst
Experience with Xactly Incent strongly preferred
Excellent Excel and analytical skills
Experience with Salesforce.com
Proven ability to operate and succeed within a fast-paced environment
