s23NYC, the Nike studio based in New York responsible for the SNKRS apps and Nike’s sneakerhead community, is looking for a Lead Product Manager to imagine and build the future with us.
As the Lead PM for SNKRS, you will help shape the global SNKRS roadmap, defining and owning key initiatives that inspire our community and grow Nike’s launch business.
Drive the SNKRS product vision and strategy in partnership with a cross- functional studio team (Product Marketing, Design, Engineering)
Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to strengthen user happiness and loyalty
Leverage data insights to hone in on growth opportunities and to bust through product KPIs
Coordinate and scale cross-functional efforts around the world
Manage day-to-day workload and priorities of the product team, ensuring everyone brings their A game.
Communicate product timelines, benefits and results with the larger Nike Digital product org
Stay close to the sneakers and streetwear community to help inform areas of product development
5+ years of Product Management experience with multiple end-to-end product launches that you’re proud of.
Background in mobile apps, games and/or e- commerce is highly preferred
Ability to manage and develop high performing product managers
Skilled at making cases with data, armed with an insatiable curiosity about sneaker culture and empathy for our users
Expert developing product specs, writing user stories, and identifying/prioritizing competing products to deliver results
Focused on outcomes over process in a collaborative, fast-paced startup style environment
Effective communicator, comfortable speaking in front of diverse audiences
Experience with growth hacking / conversion
Sneaker collector / enthusiast
