NVIDIA is looking for a Business Analyst who will provide hands on design and configuration expertise focusing on the Workday HR platform. In this role, you will work with global business users to identify requirements, help define scalable business processes, and implement standard methodologies in configuring and crafting the HR system. You will design functional solutions that are in line with NVIDIA’s needs while staying consistent with the application architecture. This position will be responsible for supporting HR applications, processes, and projects, as well as data gathering, testing, and communication throughout the implementation of configuration changes.
What you'll be doing:
As a hands-on analyst, you will provide the technical and functional expertise regarding our HRIS system (Workday)
Support upgrades, improvements, testing, validation and overall system performance. Work and support semi-annual Workday updates
Lead and execute full development life cycle: requirements gathering, design, build, test and deploy
Provide production support, investigate and resolve critical issues within defined SLAs
Continually analyze current business processes and look for opportunities for improvement
Engage with global HR Technology team members to knowledge share and ensure process consistency
Engage with Workday community to understand technology capabilities and recommend solutions that address business needs
Ability to multitask in a fast paced, dynamic environment
What we need to see:
Functional knowledge of Workday HCM and Workday Recruiting
Knowledge of Workday business process framework
3+ years of application requirements gathering and design, including process mapping and gap analysis
3+ years of experience in a technical environment
Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience working with a diverse set of partners
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
