Are you looking to leverage your college curriculum and apply your skills to fast-paced, diverse projects? We are looking for aCustomer Success Intern to support various responsibilities across the Customer Success department. This internship can be used to qualify for a school credit.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Assist in managing trouble tickets that come in through ZenDesk and move into the correct queue
Exercise ruthless organization skills to stay on top of competing priorities
Work with the Customer Success function to identify optimizations and improvements - we want to hear your ideas!
Other customer service and operational work as required
Become technical experts of FieldEdge and competitor software systems
Ensure thorough diagnosis of underlying client issues – not stopping at the “what”, but drilling down into the “how” and “why”

Qualifications and Skills:
Undergraduate students working towards a Bachelor's degree in their junior or senior year of study.
Ability to work 20 – 40 hours a week
Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with existing customers
Exceptional attention to detail, ability to prioritize multiple objectives and projects
Team player with an entrepreneurial spirit
Salesforce experience preferred
Experience in sales or client service environment preferred
