Mammography Technician at Rivero Diagnostic Center
Location: Hialeah, Florida
Job Description:
Rivero Diagnostic Center, a leading medical facility in the Hialeah, Florida area, is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Mammo Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing high quality examinations to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team committed to providing excellent medical care.
Responsibilities:
- Perform mammography examinations as ordered by physicians, using state-of-the-art equipment.
- Obtain and record accurate images to aid in medical diagnosis.
- Maintain accurate records of procedures performed and results obtained.
- Collaborate with medical team to ensure quality and accuracy of ultrasound examinations.
- Maintain clean and organized equipments and work areas.
- Comply with safety and quality standards established by the institution and government regulations.
Requirements:
- Degree or certification in mamography technology from an accredited institution.
- Previous experience performing examinations, preferably in a clinical setting.
- Working knowledge of ultrasound principles and procedures.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information.
- Valid mammography technician license in the state of Florida (or ability to obtain one).
- Availability to work flexible hours Monday through Friday.
- Required licenses: ARDMS Certification.
- Required Spanish speaking
Salary: $38 p/hour plus bonus beside the contrat
