Job Summary:
The IT Technician provides technical support to all Binex Line staff, both local and remote. Under the general supervision of IT leadership, the IT Technician manages Binex Line's networking, PCs, and office tools. Additionally, the IT Technician provides solutions to all internal staff who have questions or issues related to the current use of their hardware or software.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage and support user mobile devices, laptops, desktops, Wi-Fi LAN connections, VPN, printers, and phones.
- Respond to user inquiries related to computer software or hardware usage issues and provide solutions.
- Manage employee company accounts.
- Resolve user issues by working directly at their desk or via remote access.
- Analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot technical issues across all IT environments, including operating systems, networks, applications, and hardware.
- Set up new equipment and perform minor repairs to hardware or software.
- Conduct IT equipment and asset tracking and inventory management.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with Office 365, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Excel.
- Understanding of Azure and Intune.
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting basic network issues, printer issues, network connectivity problems, WAN, and internet-related issues.
- Understanding firewall and VPN concepts.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have the ability to multitask.
- Independent, positive, and helpful demeanor, self-motivated, team player.
Education and Experience:
College diploma or equivalent
Associates Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
