Develop relationships with clients, creditors, collection agencies and attorney offices in order to negotiate on our clients' behalf
Calculate acceptable percentages for settlements according to guidelines set forth by the department
Review client banking accounts to determine funds necessary to complete settlement and payment of company fees
Responsible for negotiating credit card debt on behalf of consumers
Demonstrate effective telephone and negotiation techniques
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of integrity
Responsible for hitting/exceeding team objectives and goals
Track productivity and update manager on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
Work with customers in escalated and complex situations
Develop efficient work methods to accomplish challenging work goals
Consistently exercise a high degree of initiative and independence
Bachelors/Associates Degree preferred
Strong attention to detail, goal-oriented
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Commitment to excellent customer service
Solid computer, grammar and multi-tasking skills
Demonstrated timely, consistent job attendance history
$16.50hr plus Monthly Bonus Potential
