The Settlement Negotiator position is an elite role within our Debt Settlement Organization. Settlement Negotiators are directly responsible for delivering our Settlement product to our clients by negotiating their debts with creditors. This is an exciting and rewarding position that drives the success of our business. The Negotiation department consists of self-motivated and engaged team members achieving record breaking goals and financial freedom for our clients.


  • Negotiating lowest possible settlement on unsecured loans and lines of credit
  • Creating contacts and developing relationships with collection representative working at hundreds of different Debt Collection Agencies throughout the world
  • Monitoring and identifying trends relating to the movement of accounts throughout the collections process
  • Reviewing client debt portfolios to determine best plan of action for settling their debt
  • Multitask between various platforms of communication with third parties
  • Maintain fluid communication throughout entire settlement process including, but not limited to:
  • Requesting written documentation validating settlement
  • Verifying account information and updating data in various CRM platforms
  • Identify and resolve any issues until full account resolution
  • Perform all other duties as assigned


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 1 year experience in collections, sales or financial services
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to be persuasive, strategic, analytical, and make sound decisions under pressure
  • Strength to successfully multi-task and independently prioritize tasks
  • Technical skill set with Microsoft Office, as well as other cloud-based telephony and data
  • Ability to work varied hours with a flexible schedule
