The Product Manager - Medical Transportation will lead the development and continuous improvement of DocGo’s proprietary software supporting our medical transportation division. This role works closely with EMS professionals, dispatch teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure that our transportation products meet the highest standards for reliability, and efficiency. The ideal candidate has experience in the health tech field or EMS field and a deep understanding of the complexities of healthcare systems and their workflows. You will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of Medical Transportation software products, from ideation and development to deployment and scaling, ensuring that our digital solutions meet the evolving demands of the market and enhance patient care outcomes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with EMS professionals, dispatchers, operations teams, and leadership to gather insights and identify areas for product development.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation on product performance, recommendations, and enhancements.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Willingness to travel up to 10% of the year for business needs, including site visits, meetings, and conferences.
Experience working with technical details, process flows, data analysis, platform integrations, and workflow automation.
