We are looking for a competitive and results driven outside sales rep to close new restaurant partners in an explosive 200 billion-dollar industry. Our outside sales rep plays a fundamental roll in achieving our ambitions restaurant partner acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable “Pulling Doors”, cold calling (in person), cultivating excitement and closing deals daily. Our company was built in the streets with “Boots on the ground” and our sales force is a direct reflection of that. We reward fearless street team leaders and have a passionate appreciation for entrepreneurs. We are road warriors so “Windshield time” is required.

Relationships:
Reports to the Regional Sales Director.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
“Closing the Deal” using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc.)
Be in the field 4-5 days a week
Sell restaurants capable of generating a high volume of carryout, delivery and dine-in orders through Waitr’s various technology platforms, and increase sales in respective accounts.
Represent Waitr’s core values while working face to face with restaurants. Execute all required tasks on time and with high quality results.
Call prospective customers and establish customer needs, and create a customer supplier relationship.
Entrepreneurial DNA and fear tolerance.
Meet and exceed personal and team sales targets
Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long-lasting relationships
Generate and follow through sales leads
Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
Maintain and expand your direct restaurant partners
Work with local restaurants to help them connect with hungry diners in their area via Waitr’s mobile applications.
Continue to grow REVENUES and RESTAURANTS!!!

Previous Experience and Competencies:
Education: High School diploma or 2-year Associate/Technical Degree in, business, or a related field, or equivalent.

Experience: Minimum of two-five years of related Sales/Management/Operations and/or Marketing experience. Equivalent military technical training considered.
