Product Marketing Expert @ ACDI

The Product Marketing Expert is responsible for developing a deep understanding of our entire product portfolio and effectively communicate and market all product features, benefits, and related knowledge to our dealers and stakeholders. This team member will develop campaigns to launch and promote our existing and new products. You will collaborate across multiple departments in ACDI. This person will be heavily engaged in the delivery of tasks, and the execution of processes for a variety of projects. The Product Marketing Expert will be deeply entrenched in tracking the success of the development, and optimization across all facets of our product marketing deliverables.

The Product Marketing Expert will have to be highly organized and be able to change direction on a moment’s notice. It will be vital that this person learns quickly, absorb our positioning, and deliver with precision in all areas of work. ACDI’s Product Marketing Experts Daily Rundown

  • Strong understanding of our products, product updates, and timelines in regards to print management software, document management and capture software and the document lifecycle
  • Copy development & copywriting
  • All facets of campaign content (copy document)
  • Market research, and case studies surrounding ACDI’s entire product portfolio
  • Internal and external communications
  • Assist with press releases on new products launched
  • Internal/external tradeshows marketing our product portfolio
  • Create and manage content for ACDI’s webinars and presentations as needed
  • Working with and scheduling outside vendors for the production of content and content translation
  • Work closely with Brand Strategist on correct usage of social media and available media outlets
  • Managing case study development and content marketing strategies
  • Developing and defining collateral requirements for effective product marketing
  • Define product marketing visions and help outline goals
  • Work with suppliers and regional sales teams to deliver quality marketing material
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to execute product development plans
  • Reporting, including analytics on the effectiveness of ACDI communications;
  • Advertising, trade shows, emails, collateral, social media and web content
  • Research new content/media/technology, outlets, and opportunities (bring something new and valuable to the table)
  • Working with Brand Strategist on SEO strategies for designing and developing SEO maps
  • Working with Brand Strategist to develop keyword strategies/Google Adword identification
  • Consistently communicates progress, obstacles, and growth opportunities within our product marketing materials
  • Maintain a complete understanding of and adhere to all ACDI policies, procedures, and processes
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Experience & Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism or related communications discipline and a minimum of 2+ years of marketing experience, including a minimum of 1 year in the imaging industry, or the equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • Print management software industry experience required
  • Document management and document capture experience required
  • Web publishing/WordPress, Adobe Creative Cloud experience is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail with proofing and editing experience required
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) required
  • Familiarity with Google and ZoHo applications sets you apart
  • Experience meeting strict deadlines or project timelines required
  • Strong professional communication skills (via speaking, writing, and in-person), highly organized, problem-solving, negotiation skills, technical capacity, project management, and collaboration
  • Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with any sensitive company or team information
  • Excellent ability to think proactively, anticipate upcoming needs, and prioritize work
  • Exude passion, integrity, adaptability, positive attitude, accountability, initiative, desire for leadership, availability to your team and leadership team, and above all loyalty to ACDI’s brand and Standards of Conduct

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time
  • Must be able to lift 30 pounds
  • Ability to travel up to 15% annually or as needed and fly on a commercial airliner if needed
  • May be required to furnish a passport or other identity documents for international travel

Supervisory Responsibility

  • This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
