This key position serves as the central point of contact for all team members and external customer’s HR inquiries. This includes inquiries related to policies, procedures, and processing.
This is a 6 month temporary position.
Education: High school diploma required. Associates degree preferred.
Experience: At least one year of experience in human resources required.
Additional skills required: Thorough knowledge of customer service and administrative support tools including oral communication, listening, and writing skills are needed. Complex problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and good decision-making ability. Able to work effectively on multiple assignments concurrently. Ability to recognize, handle, and protect sensitive/confidential information. Ability to relate to a diverse group. Microsoft Office and HR Technology experience required as well.
Additional skills preferred: PeopleSoft, API and Service Center experience preferred.
