The Employee Benefits Admin Support position will provide administrative and clerical support to department members. They will also assist with processing client and prospect needs in accordance with company objectives and procedures.
This position can be located at any HUB office within Idaho, Montana, or Wyoming.
In this role you will:
Be responsible for scanning/electronic filing of communication and documents
Review and process change requests in the agency management system and carrier systems
Check policies and endorsement for completeness and accuracy
Enter data as required by insurance company automation systems
Handle correspondence and clerical processing of accounts
Help track cancellations/reinstatements
Prepare ID cards, cancellations and other insurance forms as required
Input/maintain accurate data in agency management system and ancillary systems as required
Process incoming-mail as designated by team members
Maintain electronic and hard copy client files per agency standards
Assist account managers with various requests and processes
Assist account managers with building client policy/coverage database
Maintain good working relationships within office and department
Provide phone assistance for office, department, and mail room
Follow agency procedures and insurance company regulations
Perform other specific duties or projects as assigned
What you offer us:
3 years of administrative related work experience
Strong data entry skills
Excellent organizational, follow-up, and analysis skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and proven ability to work in a team environment
Ability to exercise independent judgment
Work with a normal amount of supervision
Work normally scheduled hours and additional time as needed
Excellent verbal skills and telephone etiquette
Above average math skills
Insurance knowledge preferred, but not required
Property/casualty license preferred, but not required

Department Account Management & Service
Required Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience
Required Travel: Up to 25%
Required Education: High school or equivalent
